Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Biotech/Biology/CS/Electronics.
Minimum marks required: 45% for General Category and 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
Accepted Entrance Exams: KEA (KCET) / COMEDK UGET.
A candidate is eligible for the undergraduate architecture program if they have passed the 10+2 pattern (or equivalent Karnataka Pre-University) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Applicants must have secured at least 50% marks individually in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, as well as 50% marks in aggregate at the 10+2 level.
Candidates must have passed a 10+2 pattern of education equivalent to Pre-University of Karnataka with Physics and Mathematics, along with an optional subject (Chemistry/Biotech/CS/Electronics/Biology) and English.
A minimum of 50% marks in the optional subjects is required.
Letter from employer for Father/Mother stating employment duration. A minimum 5 years of service is compulsory for NRI quota.
Valid Passport and Visa copies of both parent and student. (Not required if the student is currently studying in India).
Original 10th Standard and 12th Standard (10+2) Marks Sheets of the student.
An official letter from the Indian Embassy acting as proof of NRI status.
Valid RP (Residential Permit) is mandatory for all Foreign students.
Foreign and PIO students may also be required to provide an HIV Clearance Certificate.
Deserving students can avail several scholarships awarded by the Government of Karnataka and institutional bodies. These are designed to support academic excellence and ensure financial aid for eligible candidates.
Applications can be obtained from the Admission and Scholarship section. The distribution process typically begins in the month of September every year. Students are advised to keep necessary documentation ready.

For Karnataka candidates belonging to SC/ST and Category-1, the minimum required aggregate is 45%.

Leading to Ph.D / M.Sc (Engg.) degrees. Available to working professionals, faculty, and candidates with postgraduate qualifications in relevant disciplines.
